Hello,
Mellel has a speller which works quite well, but Apple introduce a new speller as it is shown here, and which exists in Safari as in iOS.
What are the chances Mellel would have this very fine possibility of Speller, as shown in the following links:

Re: Speller
In most Apple writing software as Text Edit, Pages, Mail, Safari etc, the menu Edit>Spelling and Grammar>Correct Spelling Automatically exists.
As seen here:

But in Mellel this possibility doesn’t exist. Why?

For example, when writing this mail the automatic speller exists and offer me correction as it exists in iOS

Is there a chance that Mellel will include it in.
TIA
Raymond

Re: Speller
The reason is becaue Mellel does not use Apple's text controls/engine. Therefore, all of the standard features you expect to work in text fields and controls (such as word completion, Emacs bindings, spell checking, dictionary popups, &c.) do not exist in Mellel.
