Mellel 5 and still no vertical ruler

I should love to use Mellel for all my writing, but without a vertical ruler no way.
I asked about vertical ruler at Mellel 4.1. Someone sent me a link for a free ruler app which I tried then not. As I said all that time ago, is having a vertical ruler really too much to ask?
