PDF TOC links
Is there any way to get a Mellel document which has been exported as a PDF to include links to the various auto-title headings?
I notice that Pages and Nisus Writer Pro now include this, and with the growing use of electronic documents it would be very useful if I could do this with Mellel.

Re: PDF TOC links
Mellel does not support this. If you need the links to function, you either need to add them yourself with another tool after exporting, or generate your PDF from a different program.

Re: PDF TOC links
Thank you. In that case:
1. Are there any tools that do allow this to be done (preferably that do not cost too much!), and
2. Please consider this a feature request!

If I could piggy-back on this feature request, I would add that Mellel documents exported to PDF format should also preserve the links between note reference marks and the note text, i.e., hyperlinks permitting users to go from point of reference to note and back. Other word processors do this and it seems like a very fundamental need to me.

And it would be great if the pdf output could (optionally) include a hyperlink between each citation in the text (or in footnotes) and the relevant reference in the bibliography. Also external links: e.g. doi s that lead to the paper online.

Absolutely! This should be the difference between computer writing and composing on paper!

I like these suggestions!
