Transfer notes from stream 1 to stream 2 by swapping method

Sometimes I am consumed - especially after importing a word from Microsoft - I am required to simply switch a certain amount of notes from stream 1 of the notes to stream 2 according to conditions. For example, any comment that begins with a star marker will go to author comments. Is there a way to control the flow of comments through search and exchange? Or is there still a way to make multiple switching of multiple comments at once from stream 1 to stream 2? Thanks in advance for your answer it will really help!
