Mellel in Sonoma

I realize that Mellel is not supported in a beta version of macOS, but I thought it might be worth reporting here for anyone else wondering.

When I attempt to create or open a new document in Mellel 5.1.4 under the macOS Sonoma beta, Mellel will crash. I get a system message that Mellel needs to be updated.

Thanks for reporting this. We'll look into it.

As a side note, we would prefer if you could avoid posting this type of reports in the forum, passers-by could get the wrong impression about Mellel's reliability.
The support form on our site (www.mellel.com/support) is the right place to report such issues.

On a positive note, though, Mellel is working just fine in the second Sonoma beta.

We've received several reports on issues with Sonoma and we believe that we have a fix for them.
If you installed the Sonoma beta and are experiencing issues, please contact our support (https://mellel.com/support/) and we'll provide you with a link to a pre-release of Mellel with the fix.

An update regarding this. Mellel 5.1.6 fixes the issues under Sonoma. If you're running under Sonoma, make sure your Mellel is up-to-date.
