I am creating instructional documents. I want to include a video. I do not want it to just be a link. Is this possible in Mellel?
1. It can be done in MS Word (it appears to be a very convoluted process). If the Word document with an embedded video can be imported by Mellel is this a way to get the video in a Mellel document? How about if the Word document is exported as a PDF first?
2. Same question using Adobe InDesign, I can embed a video in an InDesign document. That can be exported as a PDF. Can this PDF with the embedded video be imported by Mellel?
If it cannot be an embeded video and has to be a link:
3. Is it possible to make an image a hyperlink?
4. Is it possible to make a hyperlink an image?
How to embed video in Mellel document?

Re: How to embed video in Mellel document?
The answer to all four questions is “no,” I believe. The target of a Mellel hyperlink must be a URL, an email address, or an external file. The hyperlink option isn’t available when the selection is an image. And Mellel has no facilities for turning text into an image.
